I give 5 stars, but there is a nuance. Our four-legged friend underwent surgery. The prices actually differ from those that were announced. Diapers, gloves, etc.… Coming out of anesthesia was also not quite the same as they said, the dog only left in the morning. But come on, the main thing is that everything is fine. Well, in general, the attitude is good, and so are the doctors. Everything was done properly. If necessary, we will boldly come for help. Thanks for the work.

Халатность, равнодушие и гибель собаки. Обходите эту клинику стороной!«Привезли собаку ночью в состоянии крайней необходимости — у питомца был отек легкого, он задыхался. Вместо экстренных реанимационных действий нас просто оставили одних с кислородным баллоном и ушли. Врачи абсолютно не стремились спасать жизнь животному. Вместо помощи мы услышали фразу: "Мы сегодня уже двоих таких усыпили".Мы были вынуждены бегать по клинике за персоналом и умолять о помощи. Собака задыхалась, а нам просто сделали какой-то укол и отправили... гулять на улицу с задыхающимся животным! Каждый раз, когда заходил новый, абсолютно несрочный пациент, врачи бросали нас и уходили к нему.Животное мучили 4 часа. Помощь начали оказывать только тогда, когда мы буквально засунули собаку врачу в руки с мольбами сделать хоть что-нибудь, так как не могли больше смотреть на эти мучения. На это врач равнодушно ответила: "Ну, у людей при отеке легкого тоже мучаются".В итоге драгоценное время было упущено. Спасти собаку из-за их бездействия уже было нельзя, нам пришлось её усыпить, чтобы прекратить этот ад. Перед глазами теперь на всю жизнь останется картина того, как наш член семьи медленно и мучительно умирал по вине этих "специалистов". Если вам дороги ваши животные — никогда не привозите их сюда, если нуждаетесь в экстренной помощи.

I would like to share my impressions about the veterinary clinic Aesculapius. My cat Manya ate the pen cap and it got stuck in her intestines. The cat was very weak and had not eaten for 4 days, and was vomiting foam. We contacted this clinic for help. The receptionist quickly filled out the documents and signed the contract, after which I quickly got an appointment with a doctor, a girl who did an ultrasound and diagnosed a foreign object in the intestine. On the same day, the surgeon performed an operation and removed the cap from the intestine. The paramedic explained in detail how to take care of Manya after the operation. The next day, the cat was already eating the pate with an appetite and became active again. Many thanks to the staff of the clinic and the administration for their help, I will definitely contact you again!
