Large bank,convenient location, parking.It's just beautiful inside....but...I have never been served so slowly anywhere.waiting for a currency exchange, and other operations for one and a half, two hours is too much.

It is a pity that the staff of the exchange office (only 2 out of 4 windows worked) are either tired or with anemia of the 2nd degree, and therefore sleeping ... I don't know for sure 🤷♀️ Wait 1.5 hours and advance by 20 numbers, that's a lot. I will choose the Alliance for servicing, since it is located next to the location of this bank.

I came to get the money. The specialists who work with money transfers are polite and nimble. And it would seem at first glance a modern, convenient bank, but ... to get money, you are sent to the "extreme cashier" on a first-come, first-served basis, from 15 people to one slow cashier. I've received money there three times, and all three times it's the same story. Why not make another cash register for such operations. I lost an hour of time.
