Trying to get an online property tax payment code in the administrative district of Shengavit, we were informed by phone that they could not help, and sent to an IPost. However, the issue was not resolved there either, noting that the administrative district does not have the necessary information and sends citizens to various structures without any solution. As a result, citizens face inconveniences without being able to pay taxes in a convenient way, since online payment is not available, and the provided code does not work in any bank. The only option is personal presence during working hours, which creates serious difficulties, since most citizens work at this time. In addition, there is no way to pre-register in a queue, for example, through the Earlyone app, which means that people have to queue for hours. Meanwhile, in the administrative districts of Kentron, Nor Nork and Arabkir, such a system has already been implemented, which gives citizens the opportunity to save time. We ask for clarification on this issue and ask you to propose an effective solution that provides alternative tax payment options and the introduction of a convenient registration system.
