The administration does not get in touch, all communication is through an intermediary / manager. Who assures us that the door is under warranty, we'll figure something out. In a week, he says, we will pay you compensation for the marriage, but wait for the settlement day - Thursday. In the second week, we are told that the financial department has forgotten about you. Wait until next week. And in the fourth week, we get a reduction in the amount of marriage compensation. And the defect is significant, poor-quality veneer (and as a result, the paint has bald spots) on the front side of the door. Aesthetics suffer greatly from this appearance. Pay a lot of money for the door and then restore it with your own efforts.. Not much fun. The manager apologizes, refers to poor-quality raw materials from the supplier. But gentlemen, you knew perfectly well about your raw materials. Why do you accept orders without warning the customer about the consequences?? I do not recommend ordering doors from this factory.
