The experience is negative. My son has not played before for 11 years. I talked about it specifically and asked them to put me in a group with beginners. As a result, they were sent to a group where the children studied for several years. They put him right into the game, without explaining anything or giving any introductory information. The kids started trolling for the quality of the game. The coaches were as uninvolved as possible. They didn't care about the newcomer. I understand that these are teenagers, but the quality of the Intro was terrible. The child has experienced stress and no longer wants to study.
