I attended the training "Technology of building a successful team". The training turned out to be really interesting, useful and practical. After the training, he was able to implement the acquired tools for evaluating new employees, as well as analyze his own actions and mistakes during previous personnel changes. It helped to take a fresh look at the interaction with the team and understand how it was possible to act more effectively. I would also like to note that we also evaluated some of the current employees, which provided valuable feedback for the work. I especially liked the large amount of practice: knowledge was immediately consolidated in the process, and did not remain only in theory.
