We bought an entrance door with an electronic lock Tenon E15. After installing the door, there is a strong backlash of the handle (video attached). To our questions, the company's representatives replied that it was a cheap lock (700 rubles). The salon did not warn about what could happen with the pen and showed a sample where everything was fine. It is worth warning customers about possible problems with locks.

I highly do not recommend this company. The review is not about the store, but about the company as a whole. To be honest, this is the first time I've encountered this approach to a client. While other companies have free measurements, here you will be charged 30p for 3 measurements with a tape measure, drill a hole under the eye 3 cm to the right - 120p and so on with absolutely everything. And you will not see all payments at once. The manager, looking into our eyes, told us that she writes only half the price for the lock-in into the contract, and exposes the other half after the fact, so as not to scare off the client. The amount in the contract here is not final and fixed. This approach discouraged all desire to cooperate, although we liked the doors themselves and were ready to buy them. As a result, we ordered a better and cheaper model elsewhere than in the steel line with their 15% discount!

After visiting two Steel line stores - in the Hold shopping center and at the Winners, I will say that in the Hold the manager better explains and selects the components of the doors for the needs of the Customer, and not according to the notorious "more expensive is better" as for the Winners. Does the Customer need it better if the door is not on the street, etc. They confused the Winners and ordered a selection in the Hold. The experience is on the weekend doors. The quality of the doors is decent. I'm ordering a second time.
