From the moment we arrived, it became clear that this establishment struggles with even the most basic standards of dining. We ordered a tomato soup and a risotto — dishes that, in any competent kitchen, should be nearly impossible to ruin. The tomato soup was a startling disappointment, resembling little more than heated ketchup diluted with cream. The risotto, meanwhile, was inexplicably sour and bitter — a fundamental misstep in both balance and technique. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, we were told that this was “as intended,” which raises serious concerns about the kitchen’s understanding of these classic dishes. The service only compounded the experience: orders were confused, dishes were forgotten, and the overall coordination appeared nonexistent. To conclude the evening, we waited nearly thirty minutes simply to settle the bill. Altogether, this was a deeply underwhelming and poorly managed dining experience that fails on both culinary and service levels. Not recommended.
