I love this place. I haven't lived in a hotel, but I've been to restaurants and bars many times. An atmospheric space filled with details and a combination of the incongruous, but made so cool that you want to look at all these details. The food is delicious, they give you water too. The waiters are polite and efficient, and generally handsome. The courtyard with the amphitheater has its own unique vibe. Noisy, fun and safe.

One of the worst cafes/restaurants in Tbilisi. Since the waitress spoke only English, I asked her to duplicate the order, as there were doubts that she had written down all the positions. We did not receive an answer to any clarifying questions, either about the composition of the dishes (local names, ingredients are not specified), or about the timing of serving.. Well, okay, we're waiting. The drinks arrived. After about 20 minutes, they started bringing food. One dish at a time. They didn't remember who ordered what, so the submission was like a lottery. "Is this for you?" "no" and so on. As a result, three dishes were brought instead of the four ordered. When asked where my food is, the answer is "cooking." Then they came over and asked me what I had ordered. They were surprised and left. In the end, everyone ate and drank everything, but they didn't bring me anything.. He asked for an invoice without my order. They brought it, not forgetting to include the 18% service fee. No one even apologized, not to mention anything else. As a result, he left hungry, having paid a substantial bill. I do not recommend anyone to visit this institution. If they had apologized, I would not have written anything, but apparently the rules in this institution do not allow waiters and administrators to admit their mistakes and make changes.

However, apart from the stylish interior, we were disappointed on almost all fronts.: 1) There is no sweet/semi-sweet wine. It was impossible to drink what they were allowed to taste — they refused drinks as a result. 2) Khachapuri in Adjara is prepared only until 18:00 🤯 We found out about this already on the spot — unfortunately, we can't order khachapuri in Adjara later. I had to take a different kind of khachapuri to take away. Although its size didn't match the price. 3) In addition, we were first put on the veranda, but later informed that the table was already occupied. I had to fuss to move first to the bar, then to the vacant seat inside. As a result: we didn't taste any wine or the desired dish, we couldn't sit comfortably. The atmosphere is beautiful, but we didn't enjoy it.

We waited for the menu for 10 minutes, although perhaps we needed to be more persistent and actively gesticulate in order to be noticed. They brought the menu, mint water (thanks, that's cool), after which we tried to catch the waiter for about 10 minutes, I said we were ready to place an order, but instead took the order from the people who came later. I don't mind, we didn't hurry at all, but after that they didn't come up to us after about 5-7 minutes. After that, we decided to just go to another institution. Well, it's not fate. I have been working in this field since I was a child and I understand what a service is. And attentiveness is an important part of the service in the institution. I hope others will benefit more than us :)
