We stopped by Palo Alto to see the university on the advice of a friend and enjoyed the visit immensely. There is a large parking lot near the university, next to a beautiful university full-fledged stadium with a green lawn, a grandstand, treadmills and a few students training. We climbed the Hoover University Tower, from where a 90-meter height offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area, completely dotted with slender rows of orange tiled roofs and palm alleys. We walked slowly through the vast, well-groomed territory of the university, as if through a good-quality park. The campus is built up with low buildings of 1-2 floors in the Spanish style of a completely non-"American urban" type. Students ride bicycles in flocks, walk, sit and discuss something on the green lawn, the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. There is a beautiful Catholic church on campus. I can't judge how to study there, but it's a great pleasure to see and walk around.

A very good place to walk is the Stanford University campus. Fresh, green, interesting. There are many visitors of different ages, many young families with children. There are bike paths, cafes and coffee shops, a bookstore selling goods with the symbols of the university.
