A large store with a good choice, but the attitude towards the customer is simply terrible:
I placed an order, one price was indicated on the website, I called and clarified that I could come to pick it up, but in order to fix the price (it was lower than in other stores), I need to place an order through the website, but the website did not allow me to place an order further the "promotional price", and when I arrived at the store, the price was already higher (without discount). And despite the fact that we agreed on the phone that the price is relevant and I will stop by tomorrow, they did not want to sell at the specified price. At first, they asked to wait 10-15 minutes for the management to arrive (which arrived in 30 minutes), then they searched for a recording of the conversation. Yes, in the end they made a "discount" of 6p (it looks like a mockery when the price of the product is almost 500p).
So then they also did not want to accept the card (regular, not installments), they demanded cash. But after arguing that this requirement is illegal and another call to the management, they still agreed.
Total: no consultation (of the advantages, they said that the model is good and made in the USA), a lot of time spent, and a "discount" that looks more like a mockery.
Next time I will bypass this store.
PS I added one star only because after all, after I failed to place an order through the site, I did not call and did not ask the manager to do it. But just after such a "consultation" I didn't want to call again.
