I took a PCR test for the "traveling without borders" application, despite the fact that I arrived 15 minutes before the appointed time and was only the third in line, I spent 1 hour 40 minutes!!! Filling out all applications, contracts (each aunt enters your data into her stand-alone computer, respectively, duplicating again and again what the previous one has already written down, but in HER OWN form ...), payment - it is necessary to go through different offices 3 times, and a queue is added everywhere until you reach the nurse (and flocks to her a queue from all the previous offices ...), which in just 30 seconds will twist two sticks in your mouth and nose. The terrible organization of "document management", I would say, is simply dense in our information age. Is it really impossible to enter all the necessary data ONCE, and spread them programmatically across different table formats in 5 seconds??? I have already taken PCR 9 times - in Mogilev (regional station), Moscow, Sharm el-Sheikh, and there was no such insanity anywhere. In general, draw conclusions, I'm not going there anymore... Yes, and the corridor is narrow, there are 2 benches for a maximum of 2-4 people... And a crowd eager to deposit money there for "paid services"... And the staff scurries between them and asks not to lean against the walls... Of course, they're expensive, but the fact that people have to spend an hour and a half here is who cares.

I liked the chief accountant too. There was a question-they decided. I had to somehow communicate with the administration, we restored the certificates that were specially thrown out at work. They did everything for me. They helped. There were really not very pleasant situations at the reception, but we won't talk about it ... In general, everything is very decent!
