I came to this clinic for a gynecologist, Shomirov Dilshod. A very good specialist. I had a free consultation and sent for tests. When she passed the tests, the day of the operation was set. I decided to operate in star Med.
The doctor said that he could operate in other clinics, but I settled on star honey.
The next day, I went to the gynecologist Savridinov Zhurabek, he wrote what tests were needed for the operation, I passed all the tests in this clinic. There were no problems with the reception and with the cash register, everything was fast and clear. The next day, the answers were positive and I went to the clinic. My expectations were different, but what I saw was better than I expected. I was lying on the 4th floor, there is an elevator (very important) . I was alone in a double room for 5 days. The room has air conditioning (very good), TV, refrigerator, table and chairs, wardrobe. And most importantly, a toilet and a shower room. Everything was very clean and tidy. There are buttons in each room to call the nurses. Before, during and after, everyone was very attentive to me and the operation was successful. There were 5 meals a day. And the ward and toilet were cleaned every day. I am very grateful to Shomirov Dilshod, Savridinov Zhurabek and the entire medical channel in star med.

My experience with the Star Med Service clinic left an extremely negative impression. Firstly, the prices are highly inflated, and this does not correspond to the level of services provided. Secondly, incompetent staff work at the reception, who are not able to properly explain what procedures are available. For example, when I came to do an MRI of the coccyx, I was immediately offered MSCT, although this is a completely different diagnostic method. It seems that their main goal is to take more money without taking into account the real needs of patients.

I can't say anything good. The traumatologist is very rude, the consultation (cost 100 thousand soums) lasted exactly 2 minutes. During this time, there is no information, only nervousness and an increase in tone in our address. It's like we came to his house and took him away from important things with our cast and swollen arm. I am generally silent about the dirt in the corridors. I definitely do not recommend a traumatologist!

We came to the clinic on the recommendation of a friend. We made an appointment by phone in advance. I had to wait on arrival anyway. But! The staff is very polite, ready to answer all questions and if something is unclear, they will explain, conduct, and show. The prices are reasonable, there are places for cars (the parking issue has been very problematic lately). The diagnoses and conclusions of the doctors were re-checked with foreign doctors and, in principle, there were no discrepancies.

I performed an operation there with a famous professor and then spent a week in the ward. The rooms are clean and comfortable, like in a hotel. The nurses gave injections and ivs. It doesn't hurt :)
