When I wanted to place my order, the employees tried to force me to download the Starbucks app, and when I said I didn't want to download it, they clearly told me that if I downloaded it, my first drink would be from them. On top of that, they told me that I still need to upload 200 liras of money to the application because I will drink after entering all my information, including my Turkish ID number, into the application. When I informed them that we had not agreed in this way before downloading the application, they snapped me in a rather rude way. They tricked an old woman who ordered before me in the same way, but either she was too kind to say back to you or she was too confused. It's an embarrassing picture, good for you.
