Great brand, good coffee, fresh cakes. The service is polite. There are many different kinds of mugs, thermos flasks, and a cozy atmosphere to choose from. Everything is available and it is pleasant to visit these establishments.

There is something to compare with and not in favor of Starbucks at TSUM. Firstly, you have to wait a very long time, the finished dessert is served after making coffee and after repeated reminders. Coffee is a separate article, the last time they served some kind of mess and didn't even apologize when I returned it, they just made another one. The tables are not cleaned for a long time, and crumbs remain on the cleaned ones. Can you put things in order? Excellent service on Abylai Khan below Kalinin and in the Globe, always friendly and helpful staff, fast delivery. There have never been any complaints about the quality of the dishes and drinks served.

On the recommendation of the barista himself, he asked me to warm up a chocolate croissant. I didn't understand, but he didn't serve it warmed up. Кофе не брала, не могу оценить. Мне показалось мало столиков и особенно стульев. Туалета своего нет, предлагают сходить в ТЦ. Мне это было не удобно, поэтому ушла.

Самый отвратительный кофе. Я не знаю в чем причина, почему все так хвалят эту сеть. Но вот сколько раз ни пыталась там купить кофе, я его даже не могла допить. Совсем не вкусно.

Очень неприятно когда в этом филиале на открытой площадке постоянно подходят всякие маргиналы и алкашы, охраны не видно, скорее всего ее и нет вовсе, цены для центра приемлемые но удручает малый ассортимент, нет моего любимого Милк шейка (. Круассаны без слоев, пекарей надо наказать! Официанты вежливые)

Ребят, у них не работает WiFi! Ошибка при подключении с любого устройства, пробовал с телефонов и ноутбуков. Плюс мало розеток, будьте внимательны.
