I applied to this service station by accident, the generator broke down on the road and I was VERY sorry!!! repaired the alternator, and starter, not only did not, then another, and floor of the car broke, the alternator is bad clamped the bolt, charging were wrong, the battery dropped off( or rather has finished, in the end had to buy a new one) ask someone to assemble - disassemble Am, to which Alexander replied the student, so that should be a control of some sort, the cover to close the battery broke, just left under the hood, says, well, okay, the protection under the engine is not secured, it just came off the pavement and started to RUB on the said Alexander, well, there's no other way to fix it, came in their schools three or four times what I was told you know you don't go here anymore, it's not our fault, it happened , turning to one hundred, it was found that made anyhow, have the cheap car parts,bolt to the pin installed not such as should be, everything is recorded other official stations, not as sdece in the garage,although they took the money not small in the area 450r, there is no guarantee, walked out the door and forget what's the guarantee if the handset to answer why are you calling me, not seriously, as you can write in comments we value our customers,if you still benefit took some paltry sum, although brought more damage if it was serious I would not allow, receipts for services not provided. I do not recommend it!!!

In general, I do not recommend it. You can only apply if you urgently need to go and there are no other options nearby.
I brought the starter, they call back an hour later - you can pick it up, they changed the brushes for you, 160 rubles (about $ 50).
After 2 months, the starter dies again at the most inopportune moment. I'm already taking it to another place, we're disassembling it - the brushes are old, the short circuit in the anchor and the starter generally worked by some miracle.
As a result, I bought a restored one for 290 rubles. I regret that I wasted my time and money.
I was only pleased with the opportunity to pay with a card.

We have been repairing the starter with OPEL Vectra since 2004.. Problem : the starter was already running well, the battery was already tired and we had to spin it a couple of times for a long time in our little frosts. The panel goes out, everything rattles, and "the cart is still there." They tightened my swallow by a hundred, the price for the work was announced and it did not change in a big way ( full restoration of the starter and work).
I took it with a good mood. I ride without any problems!

I do not recommend it to anyone.The oppression deceives the price, arrived with a malfunction of a weak battery charging, the generator was removed by the master disassembled and showed the wear of the anchor counters and the wear of the copper rings.After I replaced the defective parts, I assembled the car and billed it, But as it turned out, I actually replaced only the brushes and took the money for a complete repair and replacement of the copper anchor rings-which I did not change.After this service, I went to another more professional one where everything was eliminated and fixed. Think for yourself, but I do not recommend this service to pay 250 rubles for the replacement of brushes. This is not correct. Yes, the master returned the money.

The answer was that they say the brushes received a breakdown, and now their resistance is much different from the desired one, I asked them to ring it and a new one for the difference ... and they refused me. It turned out that he was quite a worker
Next, they announced the price for a retracting 95 rubles, after calling offices and shops, it turned out that the price was from 35-50 rubles. I ask you to return the starter to me, but the master says - bring your retractor and we will collect everything. As a result, the repair cost 70 rubles instead of the possible 150+. I did not find out the price of a new brush assembly from them , but I think it would also be many times higher

The quality of work at the Stargen service station leaves much to be desired. The timing does not correspond to reality. They are looking for problems that do not exist, they are trying to breed for money. There is no accompanying documentation - there are no signatures, no seals, no checks. The team is drunk and irresponsible, the bosses are unable to organize the work of subordinates. There is no ability to work with clients. When questions arise about the condition of the machine, they refer to each other, and there is no answer. Not an office, but the dream of the tax service.

The battery charge on the Ford Escape disappeared, I asked the generator diagnostics to this organization, because it was geographically close.
According to the diagnostic results, they reported that the generator was defective, and offered repairs. The amount of 190 rubles (~$90) was announced.
As a result, they took money for repairs, and the car was returned as before without charging the battery.
They explained it like this: "the generator was faulty, we repaired it and checked it, but it does not charge the car installed on it. You have a problem with the wiring or the ECU." They recommended: "go to the officials, because the wiring or ECU work is very difficult and other service stations can mess up.
Moreover, upon arriving at the officials, immediately tell them that the generator is 100% serviceable and require diagnostics of the wiring and / or ECU."
Actually, that's what I did - right from this service station, I drove the car to Atlant-M Borovaya, asked for wiring and ECU diagnostics, saying that my generator was 100% working.
On the offer of the officials to start with the generator (because according to their statistics, this is still the most likely cause of malfunction), he categorically refused, since he had just given $ 90 for its repair and was convinced that everything was fine with it, which he later regretted.
As a result, the officials diagnosed everything sequentially (for which, of course, I paid extra) and issued a verdict - everything is OK everywhere, but the generator is not working, it's about it.
They offered repairs. I repaired the generator again from the officials, after which the problems were solved.
As a result, as it turned out, initially I could do with one item:
1. high-quality and competent generator repair and pay for it once
as a result of applying to this service station, I had to go through 3 points:
1. "repair" of the generator at this service station
2. diagnostics of wiring and ECU from the officials on the advice of this service station
3. repair of the generator from the officials, after it turned out that all other elements are in order, and the generator is just not working
and pay for all three points.
The conclusion is simple - if I turned to competent specialists right away, I could solve my problem much faster and cheaper.
Perhaps my experience will help someone, warn someone.
