I was there multiple times during my duty journeys to Baikonur. I guess it's one of the best if not the best place to dine or have breakfast. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is quite good. I can definitely recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to Baikonur.

The starry sky is the city's point of attraction. The restaurant is located in the very center of Arbat, with lots of seats. I like the white room the most. My feelings: 1. Horse meat rib eye, cooksi, Venice salad, kebabs - the best dishes of the city. Be sure to try it. 2. The service is the best in the city. 3. For more than 10 years now, I have been choosing this restaurant for meetings with colleagues on a business trip. Thanks!
