I was there multiple times during my duty journeys to Baikonur. I guess it's one of the best if not the best place to dine or have breakfast. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is quite good. I can definitely recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to Baikonur.

In general, it's not a bad cafe, delicious food, comfortable, beautiful interior, lots of space, you can sit down with a large company (if you book in advance). The only drawback (not always, every other time) is that you can use your own alcohol, I noticed, depending on which waiter you get, then you can use your own, or they may forbid it. You can also pay with a credit card (for example, a PSB). The Wi-Fi works every other time, but this is most likely due to the workload. The wardrobe also doesn't work, you'll have to figure out where to throw your jacket.
