Unfortunately, we can't say anything good about the cafe (its menu and service). There are flies in the cafe, which indicates unsanitary conditions, a meager menu (the second one without a side dish, and the borscht is cold - solid water), the service staff named Maria is inattentive and does not remember, although she writes down the dishes ordered for a long time and is also rude. Alas, visiting this cafe spoils the impression of the pleasant and well-groomed town of Verkhnedvinsk and its picturesque surroundings. Therefore, we recommend that anyone who wants to see the northern places of Belarus not visit this cafe.
