So: we found this hotel 10 years ago. Now we come here every year. I'll explain why. The location is gorgeous, near the sea and near the beach, there are shops and cafes within walking distance. The owners themselves, Saria and Bagrat, are super people. They will always tell you everything, if necessary, they will help, they do not leave their guests. The numbers match, as always. The yard has now become bigger and more comfortable. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING, look forward to next year.

We had a rest in October. I really liked it. Cozy rooms. A cozy courtyard. The sea is very close, right outside the gate. Near the beach, there are many cafes. The market is nearby. The house has a spacious, equipped shared kitchen. There is everything you need to relax here.

We rested twice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, almost on the beach, but it's not noisy at night. There are many cafes, attractions, and children's entertainment nearby. The rooms are normal, with air conditioning, water around the clock. Mosquitoes in the evening, really.

We had a rest in 2023. I liked everything, especially the room with a sea view. The territory is cozy, there is a kitchen, a place to relax and eat. And for those who do not want to bother and cook themselves, there are many cafes and restaurants on the embankment.

An excellent guest house, a large courtyard, a large gazebo with tables in the courtyard, there is a playground for children, it is possible to park a car in the courtyard, the gates are locked, comfortable rooms - air conditioning, refrigerator and shower in each room, there is also a shared kitchen - you can cook your own food. There are a lot of cafes and shops in the vicinity, 300 meters from the beach. Good hosts, hospitable. I have been vacationing in this place for many years. I advise you!

It is located right on the shore.
If you go to the right, there are beaches for swimming, and to the left there is an embankment with shops, restaurants, a fountain, a park, generally with all the beauty.
It seems to me the best place.
There are both budget rooms and view rooms.
