A wonderful and atmospheric place for wedding ceremonies! Our wedding took place on June 29, 2024. And what can I say? We and our guests are just delighted! Very tasty food, a beautiful place, well-groomed territory, a gorgeous clean fish pond. By the way, on the second day you can fish, but you must definitely let it go back to the pond!)) The fishing rod must have its own. Larisa and Victor, the owners of the estate, taking into account their experience, will suggest wedding contractors, but do not impose them. The peculiarity of this estate is that the rental price includes holding a wedding on the second day (before 17.00). For a fee, guests can stay overnight. On the second day, we were waiting for a perfectly cooked hodgepodge, kebabs and pita bread with suluguni. And plus the food left over from the wedding. The only thing is that their timing on the first day of the wedding is from 13.30 to 22.30. At 13.30 it was not very convenient for me, since it was early, I had a lot to do. But everyone managed to do it)). And the wedding arch with decorations could only be used by them (for a separate fee), they were not allowed to use their own with decor. But it's really beautiful and homely there. I definitely recommend it!

Проводилось двп дня мероприятие: свадьба!!!
Плюсы: большая и ухоженная территория, гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева, комфортные комнаты, вкусное приготовление блюд, хорошее обслуживание официантов. Есть лтличная баня на дровах, бильярд.
ОГРОМНЫЙ минус: примерно в 20.00 ч. хозяин усадьбы распорядился приглушить звук музыки, хотя все танцевали и веселились внутри помещения. На просьбы разрешить сделать музыку громче, следовал отказ и ссылка на заключённый договор. В 23.00 ч. музыка отключена и хозяин, уже ссылаясь на действующее ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВО, можно сказать всех разогнал по комнатам, запретив даже выход за пределы усадьбы, говоря, что ворота будут закрыты и никто не сможет войти обратно. Поэтому праздник на этом был закончен. На следующий день, согласно договору, вы так же не можете включить даже небольшую музколонку. Поэтому гуляли в тишине! Хотя нет!!!! За забором в это время кто-то косил траву гозонокосилкой. Так что звуковой фон был!
Р.S. Оплата с человека 80$ независимо от количества людей. Причем платить требуется исключительно в $. Иначе договор на аренду не заключат. Как-то не вяжется с "законопослушностью" владельца усадьбы!

We spent two incredible days at the Old Park estate celebrating the wedding. This place has left incredibly warm memories and pleasant impressions.
Of the advantages:
- large and well-maintained territory,
- the hosts met us with an open heart and turned out to be sensitive and attentive
- the rooms were cozy
- top-level waiter service
- the taste of the dishes exceeded expectations
I would especially like to note the care of the details shown by the owners. They provided not only a great place for a wedding, but also created a unique atmosphere, as if we were at home. A wood-burning sauna, billiards and other entertainment added variety to our event.
Of the cons:
- on the first day at 23:00, the event ended, because you can not listen to music loudly, but in our case it did not interfere in any way
I recommend it to everyone!
