A very beautiful place in the center of Side. Entrance is paid. The price tag is horse - drawn (950 Tl = 2000 rubles for two adults ) , but you can pay for beauty and a small number of people . If you turn off the paths, a lot of bay leaves grow, and a medium-sized live turtle was also seen. Colorful tiles remained in the ruined houses. Very beautiful columns and restored statues. As of July 2025, the amphitheater was under renovation.

A great place for lovers of antiquities. The bus arrives right at the beginning of the journey. Then you can walk to explore everything, or take a bus to the beginning of the shopping malls. We drove in the morning around 08 and the ancient city was completely empty. And on another visit in the evening there were already a lot of people.

I went to the antique Side for several nights in a row. This area is impressive. In the very center of the Agora was the temple of Tyukhe, the ancient Greek goddess of luck. 2nd century AD. I've been to various ancient cities, but Side is my love!
