Externally, the building looks like a building. But inside, the horror is terrible, wooden floors, it's winter, everything is wet, dirty, it stinks like in an old wooden house of some kind. Make repairs eventually. We were driving from Grodno, where we live, but my husband has a registration address in the Ostrovetsky district, and in order to register the car and get its license plates, I had to go to the place of registration. We arrived at 12:15. It turned out that you need to wait until 2 p.m., as the traffic cop appears once an hour for a couple of minutes, walks around parked cars on the street, looks in, checks the guilt and leaves who did not have time, he waits for the next hour. And from 13 to 14 lunch. There's nowhere to wait. We were sitting in the car. As a result, the numbers were received around 15:30. A woman is sitting in the corner right inside, taking out insurance. Comfortable. There is no toilet, there is a blue, completely fucked-up, non-closing booth behind the parking lot. And it's 2025 and winter. The horror is terrible.

Terrible labor organization, the MREO works until 17.00, we drove with a focus on this, the last inspection of the car at 15.50, after that at 16.00 the 6th window is closed and it is impossible to remove the car from the register, why not do a car inspection at least at 15.30??? There is no printer in the 6th window and the woman there cannot make a copy of the required document, but sends it to another place (to the post office where pensioners pay utility bills), and this after you stand in line for 30-40 minutes......... Thank God that the staff is relatively polite and understanding, it helps out a little, but you definitely need to change something, to begin with, at least add an electronic queue to sort out the chaos in the corridors, people who go to exams in the traffic police, and people who queue for car registration get in the way in a narrow and stuffy in the hallway. You also need to buy a normal printer in the 6th office so that a photocopy of documents is made immediately on the spot, for which a person pays 3.20 rubles for paperwork and 1.60 for computer services, if even one A4 sheet cannot be copied to him? In general, it seems that no one wants to work there, they just drive people back and forth to create the appearance of work, and they themselves are once again too lazy to get up from their chair, no organization.

Thursday, according to the schedule, the opening hours are until 20:00, at 06/19/2025 at 19:00 we stood for about half an hour - there is no one. Why specify the opening hours if the inspector is no longer in place?
