Here, at the dental clinic on St.Krestyanskaya, wonderful specialists work, but these words of gratitude do not apply to everyone! And now I'll tell you why. In the emergency room, which is open from 8:30 p.m. to morning, there is a young specialist, a surgeon (I will not advertise his last name), but I will say that he behaves very rudely with clients (in particular, with me), moreover, I believe that the dose of painkillers has exceeded twice because there were not two injections, but more, after which, the jaw departed for a couple of days from such "anesthesia" and the wound did not heal for a long time. Next, in order to get an appointment with the head of the orthopedic department, the reception desk will "please" you with the answer that "- head, orthopedist.The branch accepts ONLY (❗️) ONE person per month... And he has "No" reception hours for citizens!... In general, if you want to get a consultation with the head of the orthopedic department, "Come tomorrow, Dunya Burlakova," at 5 a.m. to be the FIRST and ONLY one in line to see this specialist for JUNE 2025... But there is also a specialist here-a surgeon who wants to bow down for his "Golden hands", a very respectful, patient attitude, calmness and confidence that are transmitted to the client and from this the pain and fear recede. And for 7 years now, the tooth has not bothered. The second time was an emergency. On holidays, a tooth ached very much in the evening. They were not urgently accepted anywhere, everything was busy in the paid ones, someone was working, someone was not. The pain was unbearable. She was ready to remove a tooth even without certifying that it could still live. I came to the surgeon for acute pain. He looked at it. And he said that he would not remove it, they say, maybe it can be cured. I asked, but he refused. I gave the direction to the picture. In the toll booth nearby, they quickly took a picture. And then he agreed, looked at the picture and said that some processes had started at the root (then he showed the tooth on the most removed one, but I didn't understand much). I did the freezing, waited, talked, joked, then started. I don't remember the doctor's last name, but I deleted it very carefully. And the nurse was also very nice. I had tears pouring down, and the two of them were both sorry and persuaded and tried to joke. Thank you for your understanding and for your humanity. For the first time in my life, the canals were cleaned without painkillers. An indescribable feeling. Requests to anesthetize were ignored, in response there were statements like: you don't need it. So the advice is to hold on to the chair and be patient. Maybe he'll come for a ride with his painkiller, then they'll give him an injection. The doctor is a serious man, but it looks like there is a sadistic streak. In particularly sensitive moments, there was a desire to give in the face. And indeed, there is sadness with the toilets in the emergency room. In theory, of course, they are somewhere in the building, but all the corridors are closed, only the stairs and a small bench near the office are left for patients. The queue is mostly on the stairs. Why not open one of the corridors with access to the toilet and additional benches is an open question. And how do the doctors themselves get out of the situation? Well, they're not playing duck in their office, are they?? Bottom line: if there is an option to wait for the morning / weekday, feel free to use it. We buy ibufen and wait for the morning. And then stomp to your stogatologist. If you are on guard at all, do not be lazy to go to the pharmacy for painkillers, just in case, and they will give you a shot. And do not forget that you will need to go to the toilet in the nearest dark corner, it is better to go at home before going to this non-hospitable place.
