It's just a nightmare. An unsubstantiated debt notification has arrived, you try to get through to the right department to sort out this problem, you call two hundred times, and the phone is constantly being dropped. I am in quarantine because of covid, I do not have the opportunity to come to the UGD itself, but it is written that in two days they should charge penalties and block all my accounts. Do I have to come to the office with a red code so that I finally get at least one call answered?!

I put 5, only for employees. I received a temporary IIN, the end of the year, the system is worth it! The head of the department himself kept my problem under control and thanks to him I managed to get the paper before departure and solve my affairs.
