They said that the sold goods are not exchangeable and the money is not returned. You guys made up your own rules. According to the legislation of the consumer rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, article 18 clearly states that within 10 days the consumer has the right to demand an exchange of goods or a refund, even if the purchased non-food product is of high quality without defects. I wanted to call the consumer protection agency's helpline, but then I decided not to get dirty because of one pen. This yellow-haired saleswoman must first be taught the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan before being put behind the cash register.
