Irresponsibility and constant lies! Car repairs were disrupted. "I do not recommend anyone to contact this transport company! It's just the bottom of logistics. It was necessary to deliver the automatic transmission on the route Minsk — Brest district (Cherni village). The cargo was handed over to them on 02.02.2026. As of today (02/06/2026), there are NO spare parts. But the worst thing is not the delay, but the constant lies of dispatchers/ drivers. Every day they "feed me breakfast", promising that the cargo will be "reinforced concrete" tomorrow. Because of your empty promises, I'm in huge trouble! We have to constantly drive the car from lift to lift, the masters are furious, I'm losing money and nerves. If you don't know how to work and meet deadlines, don't take it! The distance from Minsk is ridiculous, but you've been driving for ages.

We quickly agreed with the company that deals with furniture, and the delivery was organized through the Express Status. The cost of delivery to the city of Dobrusha in the Gomel region was 60 rubles (everything seemed to suit me well, and it was agreed that I would have one assistant for unloading). Further, the driver informs about an hour before arrival that he will not help, as soon as he delivers the cargo from the car. The time was quite late (about 22 hours, who else can be found to help at this time?). The driver arrived at about 23, said that he would only serve furniture from the cargo compartment, and if he needed help, bring it to the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, only for an additional fee (although there is an agreement between the furniture company and the transport organization that the driver provides assistance in delivering cargo to the apartment). There was nothing to do, my wife and I had to unload quite heavy boxes, which the driver looked at completely indifferently. Only after the intervention of a representative of the furniture company, thank her very much, the driver deigned to help. Although there is an agreement between the furniture company and the carrier company that all additional cargo lifting services are compensated, it turns out that the driver wanted to put money in his pocket. Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery, just terrible!!! The absolute indifference and greed of a particular driver. I strongly do not recommend contacting the carrier company. At the same time, special thanks to the representative of the furniture factory for promptly resolving the issue, even at a late time on a day off.

The delivery was scheduled for March 7, and in the morning I received a call and was warned about the delivery from 12 to 14. Accepted. The driver called several times, so I have a small child, the phone is on silent. I saw the missed one 3 minutes ago, called back, asked about the delivery, to which the driver said that he arrived at the house and left, since I did not get in touch, I said that the delivery was before 14 hours (it was about 13 hours), but he started shouting at me and saying that with 12 to 14. But nevertheless, the delivery to the apartment in any case, he did not even try, refused to deliver, although I explained to him that I called him back in 3 minutes, but he turned around anyway and left. I consider this behavior inappropriate and unacceptable, as couriers usually call in 10-15 minutes and ask if you are at home and if it is possible to deliver. And he came to the house, actually called, did not get up to the apartment and left, so rudeness, plus everything else, hung up on me when I was talking to him.

When it was my turn and I named my order, I was told that I had to pay without change, to which I said that I did not have the amount without change, I was told that these were my problems and that I would come when I had the amount without change. As a result, I did not pick up the product.

That is, it's not the customer who decides, especially since you abruptly find out when the delivery is, but the courier who reproaches. They did not go to our meeting and agreed on delivery at 21.00. But even at 21.00, the cargo was not delivered to us and they said that it would be delivered in 1-1.5 hours. I had to give up dostaki. They asked to deliver it any day from 17 to 20. We were told that they could not say exactly what time it would be delivered. It turns out that the logistician, when making up the route, cannot take into account that the cargo is large and movers are required. The operators did not answer immediately and when I got through, I asked if the car was in time for 21.00, she answered this question with a message and did not decide it was necessary to call back. I was waiting for the goods from Minsk to Grodno. It was necessary to take delivery as early as possible. At the same time, I asked the seller to tell the delivery service that we want to receive this product upon our first arrival in Grodno. I asked them for the driver to call me upon arrival in Grodno, tell them that I could drive up and intercept the delivery anywhere, or discuss other solutions to this issue with the driver. Of course, the driver didn't call. What happened: I call them three times an hour after 12:00. No response. Service at level 0+ The driver arrives at 15.30 and calls me 2 minutes before arrival. When I asked him if the dispatcher told you that we asked for software earlier and why you didn't call us at all, he answers something unintelligible, like you asked for software earlier, but they didn't tell me that you were ready to drive up and intercept the delivery. Well, in short, he decided not to call at all and this is normal in his opinion. When asked why you didn't call at all, I asked for silence. Bottom line: late delivery, no feedback, no respect for the customer.
