We had a family vacation at the end of October. Convenient location, there is a 24-hour gourmet store nearby, many cafes and restaurants (we bought food at home at art lunch), you can order delivery from any restaurant. The cascade is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bathrooms, two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen. The owner is always in touch via WhatsApp, contactless check-in. The house has an elevator (the apartment is on the fourth floor). The windows overlook a busy street, which makes it noisy day and night. There is a light advertisement on the building opposite, which also hits the eyes during sleep. There are curtains, but they do not save (bring a sleep mask :). Sometimes ads are turned off. Of course, the owners cannot influence this, but nevertheless there is such a feature.

I would like to share my positive emotions. Almost in the very center of Yerevan, everything is within walking distance, there is always a place to park a car! Very hospitable guys. Thoughtful design of the rooms, nothing superfluous, but everything is modern. For breakfast we had cottage cheese, omelet or scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, tortillas, butter, some sweets... They never left hungry. There is a separate room with a washing machine. In the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, towels of various sizes) In general, a very decent option
