Our family learned about the construction company Stay Property from friends. They bought a ready-made apartment in Alanya from them in 2022. Then we were very interested in their story about buying real estate in Turkey. And when we had a financial opportunity this year, we also decided to turn to them, because our family has small children with constant colds, and there is little sun in our region. Even we could not believe that we would succeed, but the Russian-speaking manager Elena helped us first with the choice of a place, and then solve all the issues related to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement and then with the preparation of documents for registration of ownership. In 2021, we purchased an apartment in The Voyage Residence from Stay property, a new luxury residential complex in the Avsallar area near Alanya. They promised to fulfill all the terms of the contract, complete infrastructure. The completion was planned for 2022, but it is already 2024 and the complex is not fully completed. Stay property has not fulfilled its obligations in full. Now the owners are desperately fighting for their rights so that the complex is fully completed!
