We thank the company for the excellent work! We ordered a pile foundation - 34 pcs. dia. 76 mm . The soil is very hard clay, a fertile layer was removed from above in advance and a pillow of sand was filled in. And the markup was done by ourselves because the house has a complex configuration. The team measured everything according to our drawings, which was not clear - they clarified. An error of up to 5 mm is very accurate. The piles were very hard to screw into the ground - and on the first day there were fears that the piles had not passed the freezing level. But we consulted again, more people were sent to us and the piles were screwed to the maximum possible depth in such soils. We concluded that not everything is possible as in theory - every soil has justified deviations. The piles were filled with an anti-corrosion mixture, the heads were welded on site - they were of different sizes, and they were painted with 3-in-1 metal paint. The full result can be assessed after winter. And now everything is exactly on the level and according to the project.
