Hello. I ordered 6 interior doors, one of them with a Hidden mirror. When I ordered, I really didn't like the situation because of which I don't recommend a Steel line. I chose the doors, after measuring I decided to clarify the approximate cost, they refused me!!! Because she didn't want to waste her time, because the order might not be hers. As a result, they told me in another salon of this manufacturer about 7,000 rubles, the next day I'm going to sign a contract, they count almost 10,000 rubles for me, an interesting difference. It turns out that they count by default and do not tell us some factors. Interior openings in new residential buildings are not standard, the doors are non-standard and +30% of the cost of the doors. My friends told me about it, and we made standard openings in the rooms. I didn't know about the mirrored door, because it doesn't have a standard opening. As it turned out, the consultant knew that the door was not a standard one + 30% (in my case, it is 1000 rubles), he considers it by default and does not tell me about it. Another interesting fact is that they did not give a single percent discount, payment was made without loans, in cash. I called the director of the Steel line in Grodno to clarify why they don't give any discounts, I said we have no discounts)). Although in other cities in the Steel Line network they are given a permanent new home. I found out about it a little later, so I left this situation. Then it was interesting too. A couple of weeks before the end of the production period, I clarified about the doors, when they would be approximately. I was told that I would be notified of the doors a couple of days before my arrival. Time passes, wallpaper is being glued in our apartment, I'm at work, and I get a call from the driver. The doors will be delivered to you in 3 hours today.I'm shocked. The consultant did not warn in advance. I explain that they're gluing wallpaper today, I'm at work, and I need to find movers.I call the salon, that's how it turns out, there's no other way, or they'll bring it in after an indefinite time, but I had an appointment for installing the doors soon. As a result, I came to take it, it's good that the driver helped me take it and inspect it. The door installers are also good guys, they arrived and installed it very well, they clarified how it would be better for us, they suggested it. They also have a wonderful receptionist who oversees the door installation queue. The girl called, asked if it would be convenient, etc., very pleasant!
