The laptop has been in service for 3 months. I called every day to find out what stage of repair it was at, but in response I heard "Sorry, we can't tell you anything, no one was working on your laptop." After a while, I finally asked to talk personally with an engineer who said, "We can't make your laptop, there are no necessary parts anywhere. You need to wait until a person with a kind heart appears and puts the necessary part on the Internet for sale. It can take as long as a year, two, three, five... In the meantime, it will just be stored with us."
There was no hope anymore. She just asked me to send it back.
When I came to pick it up at the store, I saw that it was all dusty and there were greasy finger marks on the back cover. In addition, they wrote out a check for 500 rubles for the "diagnosis".
Of course, she did not pay the money. I immediately took the laptop to another service and the next day, in the morning, they called me and said that today they could come and pick up the REPAIRED laptop.

On 11/27/2023, the laptop was repaired, it was 1.5 months old at the time of treatment, it stood as a stationary unit, respectively, the case was in perfect condition, the malfunction occurred via the power connector. As a result of interaction with the stilsmart company, nothing has been done for repairs until mid-January, I came to pick up the laptop for transfer to another SC. They were taken out in a state of "someone was playing football" all dirty, the lid was scratched and there was a dent on it. Having worried and marked all her claims in the receipt, which is given when receiving equipment, she took it away. I brought it to another SC, and then new miracles happened, the power PWM was soldered out of the laptop (I can assume that this was necessary, but when handing over the equipment to me, it must be returned, and this was not done). I came to this "wonderful place" today to pick up my detail, the answer, as Steele's employees love, is something in boorish. In short, we will not give it away, it will take a long time to look, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, but in general, the sparkling phrase of the specialist "I am not here today" finally finished off. What can I say. Of course, I do not expect a working PWM from them, because honesty and decency have already shown themselves to the maximum, I am sure that my spare part has gone somewhere much more necessary. Well, then, personally, my plans include, with the help of regulatory authorities, of which we have quite a few, to help the company become customer-oriented, or stop fooling people and not declare that everyone can.
