It's a disappointment. Yesterday, my friend and I came to a pre-confirmed appointment with Nelly. She was not at the scene, and the staff tried to justify themselves by saying that she was "on an important operation." It was obvious from their expressions that our record had simply been forgotten. At the same time, we were told that she might not show up at all today (although half an hour later she posted a story, apparently there was a very important operation))) Our visit was rescheduled for the next day. We called in advance to make sure that the recording was valid, and the recording was confirmed to us. We're coming back today, she's not there, and besides, there was a girl waiting for her for 30 minutes, and during that time she didn't even call us, didn't tell us she was late, and didn't apologize. The girl who was waiting for her, it turns out, made her lips a month ago, they were still bruised, not healed, there was some kind of clot on the bottom, and there was a hyaluronic mustache on top. This raises questions about the reality of those beautiful works that are published on social media. I do not recommend this salon, complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers, I advise you to beware of this place as much as possible.
