I was doing a windshield replacement. The car of 2023. They don't give a guarantee for the glass, like the factory won't take it back. When replacing, the camera and mirror were unevenly glued, because of this, the lining in the cabin did not break, but the masters simply decided to pour the sealant inside, instead of gluing it normally, and the camera was glued onto two pieces of double-sided tape, an error immediately popped up on the camera. As a result, the car stood in the sun for a day and everything fell off. I redid everything myself. It is also indicated on the website that ozonation is a gift. But no one did it, like there's no time. The administrator is drunk during working hours, both times when I was there. I do not advise anyone to contact here

Quality of work: 3 out of 10
Maybe the guys weren't in the mood for work, but I appreciate when they do well and I'm ready to pay extra if they tell me that there were difficulties, but we tried and did well. But here.. Coming for the car after replacing the windshield (it's not easy for me to change the windshield, it's put through an elastic band, it doesn't stick) here you need to know the subtleties and tricks of the work.
Well, hoping that these are still professionals in their field, I did not teach them how to work (but in vain, as it turns out)
The ceiling is not stretched, the elastic band is crooked, it was torn in one place, glass is everywhere in the cabin, glass is everywhere outside (I do not argue, after I go to the sink, but sitting on the glass is not such an idea, at least you can vacuum the seats for yourself)
The glass outside and inside is all dirty and stained, it's very cool to evaluate the work after replacement.
Frankly, I am very upset with the quality of the work.. Especially when, on the same day in the evening, I noticed water streaks from both sides after the rain (water had not entered the salon before) and here on the new glass (you just need to lubricate the rubber band even with ordinary grease), what did they not think of…
Thanks, I'll take my next day off and fix these joints. Since there is no desire to go to them for elimination from the word at all

I applied to this service back in the summer, but only now I got to write a review, because every day the crack resembles the results of their work. I caught a pebble, and a small star formed in the corner of the glass. I decided to fix it right away and turned to this nearest service station. We looked at it, said - 70p., we will seal it. Well, OK. A man came out and immediately began to glue on the street, the torpedo was also not covered with anything, not neat, then had to be cleaned. I don't know what the reason is, maybe I squeezed it, but there was a crack that he tried to drill and glue. Somehow they sealed it up, when asked why it was so noticeable, they said it would not work better. The next day, the crack went further and what was punctured and unnoticed dispersed. Drilled, taped. The same story a day later. Perhaps the glue is of poor quality or was made violating the technology, but today I drive with a crack through all the glass. And they said - probably the glass is bad (factory glass))) The money was not returned. There was an experience of sealing cracks and other examples of acquaintances, there was no such thing. And the preparation for the work was different, but here is the impression - on the knee - one-two and done. Why take it on if you can't? Such earnings are unlikely to lead you to prosperity. I regret that I went there, the nearest place that the Internet showed. I do not recommend it.

There is a choice of glasses. I chose China "XYG" for price / quality, Russian ones do not recommend it. Was present during the replacement. After removing the old glass, rust was found in some places, cleaned and treated (for an additional fee, after which a primer was applied for better adhesion (setting to the frame) for reliability. This gives a 2-year warranty instead of six months. Glue was not spared, nickels were thrown under the rain sensor and the salon mirror without any problems. A new molding was installed on the glass (for an additional fee). After installation, they cleaned the cabin where the work was carried out. Interior ozonation as a gift! People are not new to this business, I know that Master Eugene has been doing this for at least 3 years, because we have already seen each other.

They do everything on a blunder to make and tear off the money faster, they call one amount on the phone, in fact they come twice as much.
There is no payment by card, only a transfer from card to card, in response they make an excuse saying they haven't made a cash terminal yet, I thought okay, maybe in fact, they offered to pay in cash, after asking to issue a check, they say plus 20% of the additional payment from the amount that they have already announced to me, i.e. if you want to take a check for the work done, you still need to pay extra for it, pure tax evasion. It's not for me to judge them, but it's their problem that they need to pay taxes, I came for a service for which I have already been told the amount why should I pay extra for a check????
In order to polish the glass, they ask for more money than the glass itself is worth, along with the replacement in general, nonsense.
In general, I really do not recommend this service station!

After the stone hit the windshield, it turned out to be chipped. I searched the Internet for what to do with this "trouble". At the same time, I looked on YouTube at how these chips are removed in workshops, what equipment they use, what materials (polymer resins are used), repair technology. I decided that, in principle, it is possible to go to repair. I found a service station on the Internet, phoned, identified the problem, the size of the chip, its shape, and said the amount of 30-50 rubles. Well, OK, I signed up, I went. What happened when I arrived. A young man went outside in front of the service station, with a briefcase for a tool, took out a syringe, directly on the dusty glass, without wiping anything, stuck the device on three suction cups with a syringe in the middle, squeezed the polymer out of the syringe into the crack, pressed it, and warmed it from inside the cabin with a lighter, then stuck a piece of film in place of the crack, waited for polymerization and cut it off with a blade, that's all. As a result. All the dust that was on the glass, of course, remained in the crack, the air from the chip certainly did not come out, since a vacuum was not created so that air bubbles from the crack rays would be embroidered on the surface, and the crack filled, the result is a dirty crack partially glued on top with polymer. When I pointed out these shortcomings to their boss, I received in response, well, what did you want, you need to buy expensive vacuum equipment, but we don't have it. So what the hell are you doing, citizens, if you don't have $100 for a repair kit with a manual vacuum pump. What you did to me is done with a Valberis kit (a device with suction cups + polymer + UV lamp), for 20 rubles, but at least before that I cleaned the glass from dust. Aah and the most interesting thing is, I ask how much I owe you, they say 65 rubles. I say what??? You called 30-50 rubles on the phone, 30 if the crack is small, 50 if it is large. So I say, I called you, the crack is 6-7 mm dimeter along with the rays, you said it was small. After my words, they sent me to rub all sorts of game, that they say the crack is complicated and so on. Yeah, of course, a complicated crack, took half a day, spent half a liter of polymer, collected a consultation – all your technology is a blunder and you're done. Of the advantages of this service station, their boss is very polite, he immediately inspires confidence, but do not see him, and he is not responsible for his words, both for the price and for the quality.
