Unfortunately, a metal string is used to dismantle glasses, although for a long time polymer materials have been used to dismantle glasses that do not scratch the paintwork to the metal (without causing corrosion). They need 4 hours to replace the glass and cannot be present at the same time, they are clearly hiding something. Under such conditions, I would not trust them to replace the glass.
