I visited an optometrist to update the prescription for glasses. As a result, the recipe turned out to be useless, I had to change the lenses (in new glasses) to the same ones I used before. The first problem of the clinic is that the staff works very negligently, passively. There were very few customers, but there was still a queue of them. Because the staff who performs diagnostics on the devices is not engaged in their work, but is constantly distracted. And he talks loudly in between. Why yell at each other across the hall? They will also not explain anything to you, explain why and what kind of verification they are conducting. Unless you ask yourself, you won't understand anything. It seems that they don't care at all whether you get a high-quality medical service or not. Service level 3/5. The oculist (I do not remember the man's name, unfortunately) is more adequate and attentive, but I also did not like it in terms of communication: I asked several times what astigmatism is and how it affects eyesight with glasses, but I did not get a clear answer. As a result, as I wrote, I had to abandon his recipe. It is a pity for the time and money spent on services in this clinic.

We visited Doctor Laura. The queue for him is of course.......
It takes a lot of time and patience. The quality of the work is pleasing. The result is quickly visible. Parking is a problem. There are never any places.

I didn't like the organization of the lobby space. Everything is filled with unnecessary furniture. You need to go to the reception in winding ways, bypassing sofas, a closet, an aquarium.. And there is no one behind the reception desk itself. The nurses (who are supposed to meet clients and direct them to the offices) sat at a separate table. Payment for an appointment with a doctor is made personally to the doctor. And in general, I got the impression that I was in a polyclinic, and not in a private hospital. It's just that it's more or less renovated and there are no noisy people here
