They will also not explain anything to you, explain why and what kind of verification they are conducting. Unless you ask yourself, you won't understand anything. It seems that they don't care at all whether you get a high-quality medical service or not. Service level 3/5. The oculist (I do not remember the man's name, unfortunately) is more adequate and attentive, but I also did not like it in terms of communication: I asked several times what astigmatism is and how it affects eyesight with glasses, but I did not get a clear answer. As a result, as I wrote, I had to abandon his recipe. It is a pity for the time and money spent on services in this clinic.
