I called, placed an order for delivery, and was told that delivery would be within the next 2 days. Did you specify 3 times, will they definitely bring it? It's a birthday present and you need to make a surprise. They told me not to worry. The next day, I called again to check if everything was in force. They assured me that it would be tomorrow. And then tomorrow comes, morning, lunch, no one calls. I'm dialing myself, they say they'll check with the courier now. An hour later, the courier calls back and says that there will be no delivery, the order did not fit ... we can offer delivery in 3 days. I call the manager, I say "thank you"!!! The surprise was a success!!! There is no point in swearing, the holiday is completely ruined! I say OK, as an apology, make a discount and bring it back in 3 days. What they tell me, alas, there are no discounts. I refused the order and I hope I will never have to deal with such a "super service store" again!
