Прочитал три комментария. Не согласен в корне. Сдал принтер, которому шесть с половиной лет со дня покупки. Сделали всё очень быстро и качественно. И вообще всё компьютерное оборудование мною приобретено в СТЭПе, о чём не жалею.

Было приятно пообщаться с мастером по существу. Всё сделали как и обещали быстро и дешевле чем у конкурентов. Менял вентилятор охлаждения на ноутбуке. Спасибо.

Пытался сдать в ремонт планшет Lenovo, так как Стэп официальный сервис по Lenovo. Они отказались принимать, сказавши, что накрылась видеокарта, хотя я на 100 процентов был уверен что слетел Windows после обновления Отдал в другой сервис, переустановили Windows, теперь все работает как часы "Классные мастера", нечего больше сказать
