If I could, I'd give it minus 5 stars. I gave the Stihl ts 420 fuel tanker for cleaning and maintenance. 1. They do not serve according to the operating instructions. The regulations do not apply. 2. The elements that can be blown are not even blown. 3. They refuse to provide documents and instructions according to which they need to be serviced. 4. Boorish behavior. 5. They do not respond to the remark. 6. Certificates of completed works are not submitted.
