From time to time I buy meat in this store, but every time it turns out to be old animals. I cook meat of large animals for 3 hours anyway, but even this does not soften it – it turns out to be rubbery and is torn off from the bone only by force, whereas "young" meat in the process of such cooking already begins to lag behind the bones itself. At the same time, as in a store that stands alone and specializes in meat, its prices are higher than in the markets, whereas in the market you can at least choose better meat. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Perhaps the owner himself is a cattle breeder and disposes of his "dinosaurs" in this way, and if this is not the case, then their supplier supplies old animals that, apparently, worked "tirelessly" during their lifetime and lived to old age and at the same time were oxen or something else like that!
