On November 24, I changed the wheels from summer to winter. So, one of the masters of this service station tightened the wheel with a pneumatic tool so that when they tried to unscrew it, the gate was not cheap. The other pneumogaycavert also failed. As a result, a meter-long pipe plus a ratchet from the AmPro kit solved this problem. I do not know with what moment the bolts were tightened, but it is clearly not 120-140 Nm. And I remember how, when handing out a car, one service station employee asked another if he had tightened the wheel properly, to which the person replied - yes, everything is OK. So thanks for not turning the wheel off, but guys, what if I got stuck on the track and had to change the wheel? I wouldn't have unscrewed it in any way and would have ended up on a tow truck. I don't carry a meter-long pipe and an expensive tool in the trunk, which not every service has. I was still leaving and I praised the service station to myself, but the situation I encountered later just ruined the whole impression. As a result, I lost both time (trying to unscrew the bolts) and additional money (in the form of a broken collar). I was kind of glad that I found a normal parking lot near the house. And now I don't even know if I should contact you in the future. Hurtful. I hope IP Tolkin Yuri Romanovich will inform the employees of the service station of the problem I described.
