The worst car repair service I've ever had. Before starting work, no one draws up any papers, the master at the same time said that payment for work is only in cash. Briefly about the work: the car was fitted to replace the rear pads, due to the fact that additional maintenance work on the brake system was required, it was not possible to replace it, while the diagnostic card of one of the points indicated a malfunction of the rear brake cylinders, although one of them, as it turned out, was later serviceable, but about replacing the brake drums (maximum wear) was not specified. At the first request, they could not provide a book of complaints and suggestions, they searched for this book for 30 minutes, and in the end it turned out that it had not been extended for this year (it was launched in 2008), it turns out that they have been working without a book for 17 years and apparently no one controls it. Conclusions: 1. Dealing with violations of the law 2. Poor-quality diagnostics 3. The lack of a book of complaints and suggestions 4. There is no waiting room As a result, half a day has been spent!
