1.07.21 I applied to the Renault maintenance station (Glisernaya Street, 16, Zaporizhia) to check the air conditioning system for leaks and refuel the system with freon in connection with replacing the radiator after impact. I was convinced that the diagnosis would be carried out efficiently and only if the system was airtight, the system would be refueled. An alleged diagnosis was carried out (which lasted 10 minutes), the system was refueled with freon. Who is in the subject, freon - 1234, which is very expensive. The price of diagnostics for 1.5 hours is 900 UAH, the price of freon 500 g is 2852 UAH, total 3752 UAH. 7 days have passed (the car drove 70 km during this period) - the air conditioner does not work, there is no mechanical damage. I came to them again at the service station (07/10/21) to find out the reason and they tell me that the system is not airtight (the system was depressurized at 18 minutes). They do not admit their guilt - they just pour freon at a price of 2852 UAH into a system that is not airtight - they also take money for allegedly diagnosing, the manager who issued me has already quit, the head of the service station department began the conversation with the fact that he had only 2 hours left to work and he doesn't really care what happens next. A terrible attitude to work and to their clients, they will waste your money. Just avoid them, you will not see any service or high-quality work here
