With the exception of minor organizational nuances, I am satisfied with the approach to work. In general, organized work, order, transparency, culture in communication, old spare parts in the cabin, and order in the car. There is no feeling that everything is somehow going on, the construction of the work process is visible. Yes, the work costs the same as at other service stations, but why be surprised? Cheap spare parts for UAZ do not mean cheap work, you also have to work hard here. I will still apply for difficult jobs.
