In the almost 40-degree heat, they did not offer to be in an air-conditioned room when they wrote a check (it also took time) and they also told me to wait outside. Customer-oriented - level: bottom. I didn't like it very much, we vowed not to go there anymore. By the way, it is very inconvenient to get there, there are holes and narrow passages everywhere, if the area of Nikolaev Yalta does not mean anything to someone. The second trip (Aug 28, 2019): the rubber is eating up on the sides. It was necessary to make a suspension diagnosis and, if everything is in order, collapse /convergence. For a HUNDRED years, Titan has already been forgotten, again we were guided by reviews on the Internet and went to the navigator according to the largest number of reviews. Unfortunately, we got back to Titan, but decided to give them a chance anyway. At many service stations, as soon as you arrive at a gathering / collapse, the suspension is immediately diagnosed for free or for a nominal fee. Here they made a discount from 150 to 100 UAH. for the diagnosis, they gave a conclusion. It has a replacement: steering tip and ball bearings. The cost of each position, if you take it from them, is 20-30% more expensive than the same company, if you take it online. The replacement was calculated: ball bearings for 300 and a steering tip for 150, in the amount of 750. We went to another service station the next day, as it was just too lazy to get back to Titan through the pits and narrow passages. The master of another service station, when replacing parts (by the way, for 500 UAH, not 750), noticed that with the paid diagnosis of the chassis on Titanium, Titanium did NOT pay attention to the long-torn steering rack duster. It is located very close to the steering rod, it has been torn for a long time, there is rust, IT is IMPOSSIBLE NOT to notice! In total, it was possible to carry out restoration or replacement of the steering rack due to the Titan service. DON'T GO TO TITAN!
