I traveled with this company from Moscow to Gomel. The bus was old (to put it mildly) and even broke down on the way. The seats do not work according to the adjustments. In some places, the smell of exhaust fumes broke into the cabin. Although the drivers are great that they were repaired quickly (in an hour) on the road. . And one more unpleasant moment, there are very few places for luggage (only two compartments). The toilet seems to be marked, but its operability was not announced by the drivers. Accordingly, all the amenities at the gas stations. The main disadvantage of the whole trip is still the bus itself, the owner (not the director) needs to update the car park, I would not go with such equipment a second time, since there may not be punctuality of arrival, any equipment wears out, especially when you send it on a long-distance flight.

We traveled with this carrier twice. The first time to Moscow is an ancient bus, the armrest is not fixed, WiFi is only on paper. I arrived in Moscow more than half an hour late, although there were no traffic jams and we passed the border quickly. We had to leave Moscow for the second time. Due to heavy rain in Moscow, we arrived at the station 2 minutes late. The bus was leaving the parking lot, my friend rushed to him, began to wave, but he did not stop. By the way, when we realized that we might be late, we started calling the numbers for communication, but no one picked up the phone. We wanted to ask you to wait at least 5 minutes. When the bus had already left, the operator still called us back, saying that in any case she would not have been able to help us, since she was not in Moscow. The question is, why then the numbers? And how to contact the driver in such a situation? Again, why couldn't the driver call and ask if we were going with him or not? Moreover, the reservation has been paid for, and our rooms are available. All normal carriers have such a service, but I didn't come here, well, that's fine. When I asked about a refund for the ticket, at least part of it, they told me that it was impossible.

The worst trip in many years with this carrier,I bought a ticket with seat number 35,left my bags in the luggage compartment, went to the bus, found my seat, sat down and got out, the backrest does not hold,the seat is not bolted, there is no armrest,the air conditioner barely works,the bus is extremely stuffy, minus the carrier and no one Whatever I recommend, I will also write everywhere about my relationship to my clients, I don't know what I paid for. The bus is dirty.the head restraints were worn out by the dead,the technical part of the bus is 3 out of 10
