My sister and I stopped by for a snack after shopping today. On the plus side: excellent cuisine and good music from the 90s in the restaurant. The big negative is that there is a gloomy, unfriendly middle-aged man sitting in the pie section. He does not greet, does not smile, does not consult, responds "through his lip", is arrogant, full of self-importance, although there is nothing much to show off, because he does not work well. To our question, "can we go to the tables?" he replied irritably, "what do you need, pies or what?" It would be possible to explain the seating rules more politely. We can't "need" anything from him personally, we are guests, we just want to have lunch, and we shouldn't guess where and with what order we can sit down. Okay, that's settled. They asked about the pies (fillings, portion size, because the display case is too large), the answers were monosyllabic and grumpy. Completely uninformative. We wanted to leave. This employee should receive training on service attitude and communication skills. However, this is the only negative. There are wonderful girls working in the gastronomic (beer) hall. On our next visit to Minsk, we will go directly there, but we will not stop at the pirogov section.
