I refused, to which the seller sent me a "What do you mean?". Just sur! In their opinion, I also have to pay extra for what I didn't get properly. As a customer, I expect courteous service. This behavior damages the reputation of your institution and makes me unwilling to return. I have not received any comments on why the milliliters are crossed out in the menu. I conclude that the employee pours less, saves on ingredients, hoping that the client will not notice or will be ashamed to ask. The price and volume should be unambiguously clear!
