There is air conditioning and a TV.
There are no queues at one o'clock in the afternoon and there is still a choice of dishes.
To get into the dining room, you need to go behind the barrier (you don't have to ask the guard for permission) and then follow the scheme through the territory just to the left of the main administrative building.

A very nice dining room. The food is very well prepared, it's not even worth talking about the cost, and, by the way, it's very low. It's a pity that I only found out about this dining room recently. By visiting it, you will definitely not regret your choice, because it is possible to eat tasty, cheap and satisfying food for little money far, not everywhere.
