Gedik Ahmet Pasha Madrasa was built in 1472 as a part of the complex by architect Ayaz Ağa on a higher terrace compared to the bath and mosque, to the south-east of the Gedik Ahmet Pasha Mosque. The madrasa building has been used for many different purposes over time.
